None, that we know of.
There's mains water, mains gas, and a 60A single phase electricity supply.
There's a decent mobile signal from Vodafone / Talkmobile etc, and reliable broadband WiFi throughout the Hall.
Our hourly / daily rates are no more than what you'd expect to shell out for a moderately decent lawyer...
